12+ years in instructional design and learning strategy, spanning franchise/restaurant operations, credit unions, the athletic industry, and enterprise software.
Advertising design background (College for Creative Studies) shapes how I approach every build — visual clarity, narrative, and a bias toward things people actually want to use.
How I Work
Listen
Start with the floor, not the org chart
Every program starts with the people actually doing the work — what's slowing them down, what they'll ignore, what they'll actually use.
Design
Design like it has to be watched, not assigned
Advertising design training taught me that attention is earned, not mandated. Every build is judged by whether someone would choose to finish it.
Align
Lead the room without owning it
I build buy-in across stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
Ship
Measure adoption, not completion rates
A finished course isn't the goal. Behavior change on the floor, in the store, or at the desk is.
