Summary/Role: I supported my client in transitioning from a corporate-hosted orientation class to in-store orientations conducted by store managers. The structure had to fit into busy managers' schedules, provide a warm welcome, avoid information overload, and highlight perks that were previously underutilized.
Materials: The structure included workbooks (participant and facilitator guide), welcome bags and gifts, and online corresponding material.
Responsibilities: Discovery/analysis/research, project management, instructional design & development, print & graphic design, animation and video design, communication strategy.
